The Louisa Drake Method presents a selection of total body conditioning LDM video classes for you to access with speed and ease.

The workout is low impact, effective and dynamic LDM movements that will keep your mind and body guessing and working hard. Once you have selected a video and checked out, you can watch it as many times as you wish for 30 days.

To make the most of your online workout you will need:

  • A mat
  • Light weights (1.5-2kg)
  • LDM Stability ball or a towel rolled up
  • LDM Resistance band for Total Body #2
  • Ankle weights to challenge your workout
