"When the pandemic came, I was a bit sceptical about moving my workouts into the online space, however, LDM exceeded my expectations even in this, as the instructors took immense care in correcting my posture, adjusting the exercises for people with injuries, repetitively demonstrating what to do and it was almost as if we were in the studio together."

However when you transition into your second and third trimester your exercise needs to be adapted for comfort and safety.

The LDM Pregnancy Project offers women specific exercise solutions during pregnancy and beyond. Learn to move with confidence, stay physically fit and prepared for birth via live-streamed workouts and the on demand platform.

LDM is designed for all fitness levels, from beginners through to those at an advanced level. Our expert trainers offer a tailored approach in our live-streamed classes and our on demand workouts are carefully curated to offer a range of modifications and adaptations. We recommend you listen to your body and take each workout at your own pace.

Our goal is to empower you with efficient and effective movement that celebrates every milestone. Byusing our results-driven workouts you reap the rewards whilst honouring the mind and body at the same time.

To get the most out of your workouts, we suggest having a range of equipment to support and challenge you. Select from the LDM Total Home Workout Kit or mix and match our products with free weights, ankle weights and yoga blocks.

We suggest selecting 'Open Goal' or 'Functional Training' for LDM Sculpt, Sculpt & Stretch, Refine and Barre workouts. For LDM Shape Changer or LDM Cardio the 'High-Intensity Interval Training' workout option is best.
