Wake up well and kickstart your Tuesday mornings this Summer with the Louisa Drake Method & Detox Kitchen.
The inspirational LDM team will be leading a selection of outdoor workouts on the chapel lawn, an idyllic location hidden away in Pearson Square, Fitzrovia.
Expect a 45 minute LDM workout al fresco followed by a nutritious Detox Kitchen breakfast pot to refuel post workout. Each week LDM will offer a different style of class, so you can enjoy a range of boutique fitness.
THE CLASSES
LDM Shape Changer
LDM's signature class, is an effective cardio and conditioning total body workout. You will be led through a fusion of rhythmic dance cardio and plyometrics, using the outdoor space and resistance bands to challenge your muscular strength and endurance.
LDM Flow
This yoga and stretch class delivers an energising Vinyasa Flow practice addressing alignment and emphasis on moving with ease. You will lengthen, strengthen and leave feeling centred. An ideal way to set you up for the day ahead.
LDM Barre
Uses unique LDM ballet and barre choreography to channel your inner ballerina. A fusion of low impact cardio intervals to deliver a total body workout. Long lean physiques are created using a range of effective methods and equipment utilising the outdoor space in place of a barre.
LDM Sculpt
Time to get peachy! LDM Sculpt is a fusion of dynamic Pilates methods with LDM’s signature sculpting and strengthening material that's tough but effective. Expect a low impact, total body conditioning workout that will improve your alignment, balance, flexibility and transform your physique.
