LDM Workout Videos

The Louisa Drake Method presents a selection of total body conditioning LDM video classes for you to access with speed and ease. The workout is low impact, effective and dynamic LDM movements that will keep your mind and body guessing and working hard. Once you have selected a video and checked out, you can watch it as many times as you wish for 30 days. To make the most of your online workout you will need:

A mat, light weights (1.5-2kg), Pilates soft ball (7-9 inches) or a towel rolled up, resistance bands for Total Body #2 and ankle weights to challenge your workout.

Video 1 - LDM Total Body

The Louisa Drake Method presents a 30 minute conditioning class targeting the whole body. Low impact, safe, effective and dynamic movements will keep your mind and body guessing. Grab a mat, some light weights, a soft ball or towel. Add ankle weights to challenge your workout.

Video 2 - LDM Total Body #2

The Louisa Drake Method presents a 20 minute conditioning class targeting the whole body. Total Body #2 is the perfect addition to Total Body. New choreography, low impact, safe, effective and dynamic movements will keep your mind and body guessing. Grab a mat, some light weights and a resistance band to challenge your workout.
